Bishop Peterson Council 4442's Knightly Newsletter is going electronic.!
Due to the high costs of production and mailing, the membership of Bishop Peterson Council 4442 at the February 9, 2011, Business Meeting decided to use electronic distribution as the primary method to share the Knightly Newsletter with our members, family and friends. The Knightly Newsletter will be posted to our website and an e-mail alert sent to interested members when the latest edition becomes available. Having an electronic newsletter has many advantages:
- More photographs (in color!)
- More articles and updated information
- Use the money for our charitable works in support of our community and parish
NOTE: Paper editions are still available for those who would rather receive a copy by mail or have limited / no access to the internet.

Privacy Policy (As of February, 2011)
Bishop Peterson Council 4442 respects your privacy concerns related to sharing of personal contact information including, but not limited to, address, phone and e-mail. The collection and use of personal identifying data is guided by the following principles:
- By providing your personal information, you consent to the use of this information by the Council to communicate relevant business and event information as needed for the benefit of members and friends of the Council.
- The Council's mailing list will not be used for personal or non-Council communication.
- Access to personal information is limited to the Grand Knight, Deputy Grand Knight, Membership Director, Knightly Newsletter Editor, Web Site Moderator and others identified by the Grand Knight as having Council related business needs to access this information. Access to personal information will be discontinued if the person no longer requires access due to a change in their role with the Council.
- E-Mails sent on behalf of the Council will use the "BCC" field for recipient names and addresses so that this information is not publicly available to other recipients of the e-mail.
- Existing Council Members and friends of the Council (prior to February 1, 2011) may request to have their personal e-mail addresses added to the their contact infomation and Council distribution list at any time ("Opt In").
- New Council Members and friends of the Council (February 1, 2011 and after) are requested to provide their personal e-mail addresses as part of their contact information upon joining the Council and may request to have their personal e-mail addresses removed from the Council distribution list at any time ("Opt Out").
- All of the contact information that we collect is protected against unapproved access, and we will not share your e-mail address with any other company or individual.
